96-Well Standard Microplate Chimney Well

Microplate Well Geometry

  • Available in standard 96-well format
  • Available surfaces include non-treated, immunological, and cell culture surfaces
  • Reduce the risk of cross-contamination
  • Chimney well design reduces risk of carryover when filling microplate wells

96-Well Format Microplates

BRANDplates® standard 96-well format microplates are available with the “chimney well” design. This well geometry is designed to keep each well separated from each other with a gap to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. The chimney well design helps reduce the risk of carryover when filling the wells. When the standard 96-well format microplates are used in conjunction with the condensation rings of the lid, evaporation is reduced substantially. The “chimney well” design is available in non-treated, immunological, and cell culture surfaces in the standard 96-well format.
