Bottom Shape Well Suited For Colorimetric Determinations

In addition to the 96-well format, the F-bottom shape is offered in the 384- and 1536-well formats. Unlike the 96-well format, the 384- and 1536-well formats are only available with one type of bottom. The F-bottom shape is ideal for bottom reading microplate readers. This bottom is designed for precise optical measurements and is well suited for colorimetric determinations as well as microscopy applications.
